I finally got the feed to work by going insane. As Lee used to like to quote, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.” So, I added the feed to My Yahoo! over and over again and one in the five attempts actually worked.

Hmmm… feed: didn’t work either. It says it is an invalid protocol type. The XML looks valid too. Maybe Yahoo is expecting a different namespace?

I haven’t quite figured it all out yet and the links at the bottom of the page aren’t right either.

http://feeds.feedburner.com/uhri should work unless Yahoo uses the feed protocol?

Then it might be
feed://feeds.feedburner.com/uhri

I don’t really know for sure. I have a lot of work to do to get this all up to par.
