• Headed back to #Indy. I hope the trip down doesn’t take 9.5 hours like on the way up. #

• The content I produced at what I’d consider my "creative peak" is diametrically opposed to my belief system now. That is a bummer. #
• @bnpositive In college I wrote a zine that was *extremely* crass and very politically incorrect. Not something I’d even show people today. #
• @bnpositive At the same time, I’d consider it "my medium", but can’t produce that content based on what I believe now. #
• @bnpositive It was politically incorrect in a crass way! Maybe the issue is I’m no longer mad at the world. #
• @bnpositive I’m also not really interested in photocopying zines to hand out. Blogging doesn’t quite have the same feel as zines, though. #
• @bnpositive There’s something about the handcrafted nature of zines that doesn’t come through on the web #
• Tom and Jerry on Cartoon Network! Sweet! Good thing I don’t normally have the TV on during the day. #
• Gave my kids each a dollar for an arcade when they hadn’t even asked. Then they were all mad at me when they didn’t win. That’s greatfulness #
• It took the woman with the Tahoe next to me three tries to pull into her parking spot. #

• Shamelessly populating my social bookmarks from content gathered in friends’ bookmarks. #
• @footndale Get her an iPhone. Does the same thing AND is a phone. #
• @bnpositive http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2008/may/08/socialnetworking.twitter #
• @bnpositive No, that wasn’t my intent… just thought there might be some tools you haven’t seen yet. #
• @bnpositive NP. And remember your readers probably wouldn’t have seen that article. #
• Making up some sample data. aoeu <tab> aoeu <tab> aoue <tab> <enter> #
• @Hockeyskates Next week is bad for me. #
• @Hockeyskates Heh. My schedule is based on The Wife. I could do the 28th or 29th. #Indy #Tweetup #
• @drthomasho @ScottWilder Did you decide on a #tweetup date? How about the 28th or 29th? #
• I understand why but hate that Chase blocks employee use of gCal. The Wife and I have no way to coordinate schedules. #
• … other than by actually talking to each other. How 1850s. #
• @shanselman Thanks. I suspect banks are probably going to block those too, but we’ll give it a shot. #
• @ScottWilder The 28th. Being newly local I don’t know a good location. Can you suggest somewhere central? #
• @shanselman LOL. That’s awesome! #
• @ScottWilder @alxconn Thanks guys for finding a venue! #
• @bnpositive The Wife works for Chase. #
• Question: With a 140 character limit, why use #Indianapolis when #Indy is so much shorter? #
• @alxconn Good idea. #
• @ScottWilder Well, I’ll help it catch back on again. #
• #twitter broke their css again… tweets are overflowing into the sidebar. Back to twirhl I guess. #

• 2 weeks ago I thought the neighborhood raccoon had been killed by a car but tonight I saw him again. Some other neighborhood lost theirs :-( #
• http://altdotnet.org/ won’t grant me access even though my OpenID provides an email address. Lame. #
• @bnpositive I just catch up in reverse chronological order. Usually just reading back to the point where I last made an update. #
• Finally finished my ALT.NET post. http://redbitbluebit.com/default.aspx #
• @gregorlove I once read a fictional story where voters were put into 3 groups and could only vote once every 12 years. Improved turnout. #
• A mid-week #Indy #Tweetup doesn’t matter to me, I know someone else had tweeted that a midweek might be better for them. Just crowd pleasing #
• @Hockeyskates Nothing in particular. Day doesn’t matter to me for a #tweetup. #
• Still on a hunt for vintage magazines (1975 or older). Just got back from McCordsville Mercantile. Not much in terms of books and magazines. #
• @hoosierplew Not yet, but thanks for the tip. #
• At my son’s D.A.R.E. graduation. I get the idea, but it seems like propaganda to me. I also hate getting a lecture with ever glass of wine. #

• Crap. Just realized I need to vote, but haven’t been here long enough to know anything but the presidential candidates. #
• @hoosierplew 104th and Olio Road. I vote right next door at the school, but I don’t have a clue on local issues. #
• I was planning on registering to vote anyway, but you can do it the same time you get a driver’s license. (BMV good for one thing, at least) #
• @hoosierplew Thanks for trying :-) #
• Voted. But not for very much. #
• @gregorlove The government does not force you to take a Christian or even "In God We Trust" license plate. To me, that’s still separation. #
• @stevillama I don’t either. I just don’t think there’s a problem with offering them to people who want them. #
• @gregorlove Good point. #
• Having a PB&J addition flare-up. #
• @MzHartz Take the <nb> out and replace it with . BTW, the background doesn’t work right in Firefox when the window is very n … #
• @MzHartz heh. Stupid Twitter. Replace it with & nbsp; (without the space). #
• @MzHartz Hmm… I only have IE7 and the background seems right to me (except the 1 pixel shift up). #
• @MzHartz Not when replacing the <nb> with a non-breaking space. #
• @footndale Corporate or CEO blogs aren’t that effective, but employee blogs are. Employees don’t blog in marketing-speak. #
• Don’t blame me, I voted for Ron Paul (too). #
• What are those light tan, construction worker boots preferred by 90s college preppies called? #
• Nubuck leather work boots, btw. #
• @pamslim http://www.engraveyourbook.com/index.html #

• What happened to the button for older Tweets? I need to catch up on what I missed. This "feature": EPIC FAIL. #
• @drthomasho the older buttons have returned. #
• If enclosed nickel can help save a child’s life, why did you mail it to me instead. That was dumb, I’m using it to buy gum. #
• @Lestat lol. How dumb can computers be, eh? #
• @hoosierplew That’s too bad. Those developers give the rest of us .NET developers a bad name. #
• I’m looking for bookshops or antique stores in #Indianapolis where I might find a good supply of vintage magazines. #
• Giving twhirl a try. #
• @Jaxidian I was using IM since GTalk can sit in the Google dock, but mostly just the website. So far I like it #
• @footndale Didn’t like twitterfox. Very bad things happened to Firefox when I installed it. Uninstalled and they went away. #
• At the pool with the kids. Yes, an OUTDOOR pool. I’m not in, though, I’m not crazy! #
• now at son’s soccer practice. Overcast and about 10 degrees colder than when we were at the pool. Retarded weather here. #

• @Doug_Vann Wisconsin Dells is a big vacation spot. My family used to go there every summer when I lived in Wisconsin. #

• Watching LOST season 3 on DVD. #
• Enjoying our new cardinal friend who likes hanging out on our patio. #
• At son’s soccer game. Holy freakin’ wind! #
• Opposing team has no subs. May be a win for our team. #
• Is there a JHEAD-style command-line utility to batch rename video files as jhead does with jpegs? #
• The Wife: He likes to be skin-to-skin and I don’t like rodent feet. (re: Rufus the guinea pig). #
• @ScottWilder PC #

• Zombies have feelings too. Brain eating feelings, that is. #
• Nothing sucks more than doing something to make things better and having somebody react to it all wrong. #
• Depressing: Just realized I’ve lost a bunch of digital photos, probably when I upgraded to the last computer. #
• @footndale No, they are long gone from a PC I rebuilt 2 years ago. #
• @stevillama I used to burn to DVD and had my wife take the copy to her office. #
• @bnpositive Try http://tinyurl.com/dzgd4 #
• Every give something to Him and then take it back again? I’m driving myself crazy with that one! #
• @cbreier You should start an alternative fuels blog. #
• I haven’t been able to shake something troubling me all day long. That’s getting old. #
• My main WP blog at WH4L isn’t the speediest, but the other blogs at other domains (on the same account) are SO slow. Don’t know why. #
• @alxconn The slower ones have less plugins than my main one. #
• @Lestat Yes, shared server, but I would assume all my sites are on the same server as they are subfolders of the main site (from FTP POV). #
• @bnpositive They are not gzip compressed as far as I know. #

• @noahwesley Hey, thanks for catching me in a better mood this time! #blogIN #
• Correct me if I’m wrong, but YouTube doesn’t have a "guest pass" option like Flickr. How can I share with family/friends but protect? #
• Are there other video sharing sites that provide this? Flickr video may not be long enough. #
• Giving viddler a go… thanks @alxconn #
• @jtimothyking I just started a secret blog to keep family in the loop. It’s a tumblelog, so it’s fun to update. #
• I’ve been having a lot of messed up dreams lately. Yes, @mzhartz, they have been about blogging. #
• @MzHartz Somebody let me off this crazy, mixed-up carousel! #
• @gregorlove Digital zoom is crap, but otherwise I love it. So easy to use and fits in a pocket. #
• Quick review of the flip video camera: http://tinyurl.com/5wlezm #
• @stevillama I’ve been archiving my tweets to my blog. I think it distracts from real content, though. I’d make the main feed without tweets. #
• @bnpositive I use the twitter tools plugin for wordpress. #
