- It’s over 32F here… Our kids are outside playing. No Hoosier kids to be seen. Weather wimps. #
- At Logan’s Roadhouse for dinner. The Wife is playing solitaire on son’s iPod, I may as well Twitter. Kids being ignored :-) #
- @douglaskarr you may want to check out Ron Paul. His words match his voting record, when he gets a chance to express them #

My sister sent me this one:
Skiers are really weird people. Who else would pick a pastime in which you select the most inaccessible place in the country that is going through the worst weather in its history, spend two treacherous days getting there, strap two planks of slippery wood to your feet, ride to the top of a mountain, and try to get down without the help of the ambulance at the bottom of the hill?
I’m not sure what’s up with all of these copy-and-pasted jokes. I must be affected by all this twittering.
- Telecom tech said wireless router caused tv interference. I streamed 4 radio stations without issue. He called and said he was wrong. Duh. #
- The house is awash with contractors this morning. Not hopeful for getting much done. #
- Telecom guy is back for day 2 of fumbling around trying to get this solved. #
- Three hours later (for a total of 7 hours), I can finally watch cable from my bedroom. #
- Finally starting some work for today. #
- Agonizingly waiting for the rest of the family to get their butts in gear to go to dinner. I swear, it’ll be 9pm before we leave. #
When the contractors showed up this morning, they complained about how unusually cold it was (12 degrees Fahrenheit). I pointed out that I’m originally from Wisconsin, and this isn’t unusual or cold. It kind of made me miss the old state. A joke email from Jules just ended up in my inbox that seemed to fit the mood for today.
Since I don’t send joke emails, I’ll just blog them instead.
