In the summer of 1995 (before tags, flash and general www.bloat), I put up a website for UW-LaCrosse’s College of Business Administration and up until this past spring, the CBA was still using my site structure. Every once in a while I would check the site to see if it’s still there. Well, it is no longer, but I was shocked to see a picture of me adorning the CBA’s home page! I’m the one in the middle with the blue shirt on. That particular photo is circa Spring 1994. Very creepy. I guess you never know where you might turn up on the web.

The way I take to get to work in the morning kind of sucks. The road narrows here and there from one lane to a single lane, then back again after a block or two. Today I was driving along minding my own business, when I notice this car speeding up in the right lane near where the lane ends. But instead of slowing down, this jerk speeds up and passes me. Of course, this only worked because I swerved toward the left and slammed on my brakes. I laid on the horn at my distaste for his driving. He pulled back into the right lane when the road widened and took the very next right! I’m glad he was in such a hurry. As he slowed, I passed him and he offered me the bird! For his terrible driving! Some nerve, jerk!
